A: Yes, however we will not. Your installed products will be re-measured before being ordered by one of our qualified staff members.

Q2: HOW LONG BEFORE MY NEW PERGOLA IS INSTALLED?
A: Your cover usually is in stock and ready for installation within three (3) weeks from the time you order
it. When it is ready, we will coordinate an installation date that works with your schedule.

Q3: HOW LONG DOES THE ACTUAL PERGOLA INSTALLATION TAKE?
A: Usually they can be installed in one (1) day.

Q4: WHAT ARE THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS?
A: Each building department has different requirements. You should call your county building
department and ask for Planning and Zoning. Typical setbacks are 5 feet on the sides from the
property line and 25 feet from the front or rear property lines.

Q5: WHAT IS THE POST SPACING?
A: This is determined once your application is inspected by one of our qualified professionals. The common spacing is 8 feet.

Q6: ARE CONCRETE CAISSONS INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICE?
A: If they are required by code we will not charge you for them.

Q7: DO YOU CONNECT THE PERGOLA TO THE HOUSE?
A: This is discussed with one of our qualified representatives at your pre-construction conference, before
any materials are ordered. In many instances it is free standing.

Q8: CAN THE PERGOLA FIT THE CONTOUR OF MY HOME?
A: Yes. We can follow most wall contours with no problem.

Q9: CAN I PUT THE PERGOLA OVER A WOOD DECK?
A: Yes. We may have to go through the deck to the ground and place the posts in concrete caissons.

Q11: DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE REMOVAL OF OUR OLD COVER?
A: No. We will remove old covers at $2.00 per square foot.
